The Kalish Book relates to Kalisz in Poland located at 51°45' N, 18°5' E.
The index contains the names (in alphabetical sequence) of 1,075 Jewish people mentioned in The Kalish Book, together with the names of six non-Jews who, at great danger to themselves, helped Jews to escape from the Germans during the Holocaust.
